Hey everyone! I'm excited to kick off the Jamroom 7 beta today - this is something we've been working on for quite some time "on the side" and we're ready to get feedback on any issues anyone may run in to with Jamroom 7. Jamroom 7 primarily focuses on stability, bug fixes and updates to run correctly with PHP 8+ which contains a large number of changes that make it harder to maintain backwards compatibility. MP3 tags in Jamroom 5

I downloaded a mp3 file from my JR5 site and it did not have a title and other artist info.The mp3 file basically kept the same info/tags it had when it was uploaded(track4.mp3).Can JR5 add mp3 tags that correspond to the audio information entered in by the user ?

I'm noticing I'm being logged out on some pages on this site. when I go to login and go back to the page I was on it logs me back out again. not sure what all pages but I know it does it on the docs page

Hey all, Sorry if this is covered, but what is the skin used by Jamroom.net? Our current install was configured to look like NING but we _don't_ like that at all. We would like to mimic what is here to start and then change as we better understand our community needs. Thanks for all the help. John

Hello I was going though and updating my jamroom as my site been down for a while so now been restoring everything but I noticed the update says this for products I own. no license with purchase box. I have even tried releasing everything here on jamroom but still seeing the same message. but if I click update all it does update as not sure if this is jamroom.net issue or something else. Stephen

Jamroom API Questions

My server guy wants to program some things utilizing the Jamroom API and has these questions: It looks like the Jamroom API is the Proxima plugin? The documentation on the website states I use the basic auth with key as username and sessionid as password. Where do I get this sessionid? Usually, API documentation has a list of endpoints and parameters, but I don’t see any of this on the website. The website mentioned a bridge plugin to map pages for example to API endpoints, but I don’t see...

Jamroom 5 updating problem

Hi there I'm currently on jamroom 5.2.36 and want to update the core to 5.2.37 but when I click the update button the icon spins for ever and the core never gets updated. I was able to update a skin befor via the admin panel. Doing intergriy checks didn't help as well. Please help on what I can do or if I want to do a manual update can I download the latest version and ovewrite the current files?
